So apparently I need short term goals to keep myself in any sort of program.
SO IM GOING TO START AGAIN!
I am going to do what I did in the beginning to get myself back into blogging, and set a 7day goal for myself.
I just finished 7 days of working out (Jillian Michaels 30 day shred level 1)because I would LOOOVE to start school august 26th as a size 20 vs. a size 22. At my height and with my body proportions I feel like a 20 is where I am better suited. I have not been able to complete level 1 the way I would like to (Mostly I am doing push ups on my knees, and I don't do jumprope when it comes to cardio. I.Fucking.Hate.Jumprope.) so I am going to do another straight 7 days of JM30DS, on a no buy. I allowed myself to buy one top and one coat this weekend for completing this one week and shopping seems to be the only incentive that works. I am going to add to this week by making it so I have to NOT do the push ups on my knees (if this means I do less, so be it.) and I cannot skip jump rope! I will also be adding "No fast food" to this week. Since that seemed to bite me in the ass this week.
Alright, onwards! I will also be blogging one OOTD, every day, for 7 days. I also have 7 days, to present 2 DIY projects, and 1 giveaway, ON TOP of JM30DS or I cannot purchase anything for 7 more days :) Doing things in week long increments makes me stick to things better, which is a big problem I have and something I really dislike about myself.
OKAY STARTING NOW.
Jumping rope is the only exercise (besides walking) that I've ever been able to stick with :) Have you tried jumping to music? Something where the beat is exactly the rate you jump at really helps you to keep going, and then it feels almost like dancing!
